Short version: the only thing we collect right now is an email address you typed in on purpose.
This is a plain-language draft written for a pre-launch site. Have counsel review it before you take a payment or enroll a student, and revise it when analytics, accounts, or checkout are added.
What we collect
Your email address, only if you submit the waitlist form. That is the entire dataset today. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth, or payment details anywhere on this site.
Nothing else. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party tracker on this site. We do not set cookies. Your progress in the free demo is stored in your own browser and never leaves your device; clearing your browser data erases it.
What we do with it
We email you when exam prep opens, and when a pre-licensing course clears approval in your state. That is the purpose, and we do not have another one. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your address with anyone.
Who else touches it
The waitlist form is delivered by a third-party form provider, and the site is served by a hosting provider. Both necessarily process the data you submit in order to deliver it to us. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we retire it.
Getting removed
Reply to any email from us with the word "remove" and we will delete your address. You do not have to explain, and we will not ask you to.
Children
Real estate licensing requires you to be an adult, and this site is not directed at children. Do not submit a child's email address.
Changes
When this policy changes materially — and it will, once accounts and checkout exist — the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Last updated July 2026.
