We are building the school we wanted to buy

Cornerpost is early, small, and specific about what it is and is not. Here is the whole story.

Where this started

Zac Martin is a licensed-track agent with eXp Realty in South Dakota and Wyoming. To get there he enrolled in an established online pre-licensing course, paid for it, and finished it.

It worked, in the sense that the material was there. But it was built in an era that expected you to sit at a desktop computer with a textbook that arrived by mail, and it never stopped reminding you of that. Prices were hidden until the third page. The vocabulary drills asked you to type letters into boxes. The system logged you out after twenty minutes without a click.

He kept a list. That list is the product plan.

What we are not, yet

We are not an approved education provider in any state. Not South Dakota, not Florida, not anywhere. Applications for those two are in preparation, and the day a course is approved, its approval number goes on its page.

We have not opened checkout. Nothing on this site can be bought today. The demo is free and real, and the waitlist is real.

We say this plainly because a licensing school that is loose about its own approval status has told you everything you need to know about how it will treat the rules it teaches.

How we write the courses

From the source

Every lesson is written from each state's published syllabus and statutes, plus federal law. Those are public. We keep a source log for every module, listing what was consulted and who reviewed it.

Never from a competitor

We do not reuse another school's material, and we do not write with it open. Standard industry terms get defined in our own words, every time. It is their expression that is protected, not the law itself.

Reviewed by someone licensed

Each state requires an instructor of record with real credentials. Those instructors review the state's course before it is submitted for approval, and they are who you escalate to when the AI tutor is not enough.

What we are trying to build

A licensing school that treats you like an adult with a job and a family: short lessons you can finish in a gap, practice that tells you why you were wrong, prices printed where you can see them, and an honest answer when you ask how long this is going to take.
