Why this is the honest number
Most schools quote the hour requirement and stop there, which is how someone signs up for 116 hours believing it is a weekend. At six hours a week — one weeknight and a Saturday morning — South Dakota is most of a semester.
We add roughly a fifth on top of the required hours for exam prep and review, because passing the state exam is a separate skill from finishing the coursework. The people who skip that part are the ones who retake.

Are you a state-approved school?
Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Cornerpost is not currently an approved education provider in any state. Applications for South Dakota (SDREC) and Florida (DBPR) are in preparation. Exam prep is different: it needs no approval anywhere, which is why it launches everywhere first. The day a course is approved, its approval number goes on its page.
Then what can I actually buy right now?
Nothing yet. We have not opened checkout. The demo is free and open today, and the waitlist is real. When exam prep opens at $99, the people on that list hear first.
What's in exam prep?
Original practice questions across the national portion — ownership, agency, contracts, finance, valuation, land use, fair housing, and real estate math — plus state-law banks as they ship. Mock exams run in real exam mode: no feedback until the end, then every question explained. Anything you miss is collected into a review deck automatically.
Where does the course content come from?
It's written from scratch against each state's published syllabus and statutes, with licensed instructors of record reviewing it. We keep a source log for every module. We do not reuse another school's material, and standard industry terms get defined in our own words every time.
Who is behind this?
Zac Martin, a licensed-track agent with eXp Realty in South Dakota and Wyoming. He enrolled in an incumbent's pre-licensing course, finished it, and started building the version he wished he had bought.
